Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Money deducted but transaction showing failed | |
I booked lpg cylinder on 10/01/2021 and made online payment using upi ([protected]@oksbi) from gpay app. Amount of inr 723.50 was deducted from my account and it showed payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking app. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction got failed. Please issue me refund of inr 723.50 for the same to my bank account.
