Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Money deducted but transaction showing failed

I booked lpg cylinder on 10/01/2021 and made online payment using upi ([protected]@oksbi) from gpay app. Amount of inr 723.50 was deducted from my account and it showed payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking app. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction got failed. Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 13, 2021 Updated by [email protected] Today the delivery boy came, but refused to deliver, claiming that the bill is unpaid. But my money was deducted through Gpay. I had the proper documents of valid transaction, showing status paid to the upi account billdeskpg.[protected]@icici Still Bharat Gas refused to deliver the booked cylinder. Please look into this matter asap.

Still Bharat Gas refused to deliver the booked cylinder. Please look into this matter asap.
