My new connection request id for LPG gas in Bharat petroleum is 82611114.So, I have made a payment of rupees 3653 through CCAVENUE & also in banking status showing as payment successful but my complain is that is BPCL payment history it is showing as payment failed.So, Kindly update the payment status.My UPI reference ID[protected].Also I have attached the payment screenshot

Company representative send me a mail & want to know some details.Then finally after a day I have received cunsomer number & payment confirmation.
