Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — non delivery of gas cylinders since 1 month due to covid 19 | |||
Dear sir / madam, I have ordered lpg gas cylinder on 23rd march, 2020 however i have not received it yet (5th april, 2020) due to covid 19. Following are my details : Operator : bharat gas Mobile no/lpg id : [protected] Lpg booking id : 435812 Biller reference number :[protected] Distributor name : devmogra gas agency Distributor contact details : [protected] We have tried calling on distributor contact number and office tell no 28128263 and smart line number [protected]. However no one is answering to our call or providing any response. We have also raised a concern on www.ebharatgas.in and email [protected]@bharatgas.in but no response. Such a irresponsible company therefore emergency numbers are bussy. If due to gas’s leakage accident happens i would blame this whole company
