Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — not giving subsidy & not updating my bank details only misbehaving | |||
Hiii this is avhishek agarwal, residing at "birati enclave" flat no. 6, north nilachal, north extension, birati - 700051. My mobile number is [protected]. I have a gas connection with "ashadeep - distributor of bharat gas" office at 852, m. B. Road, birati, kolkata - 700051 landline number[protected]/0606. My consumer number is 77301071. The first two months i received my lpg subsidy in my bank account after that from last 4 months i didn't received a single penny of my lpg subsidy in my bank account. Everytime when i visited at ashadeep at that time they said that a we don't know anything you go to your bank and when i visited my bank they said my aadhar is already updated thats why I am availing all other offers in my bank account. So i want to update my bank in bharat gas system. They will just ignoring and misbehaving. Everytime they just provide me a customer care number which is took the phone but didn't response a single time. Kindly do the needfull & take necessary action against them because they and their employee will not deserve to having the distributorship of bharat gas. They just believe to ignore the customers. They should be change their caption which is written in bottom of bharat gas logo. Was this information helpful? | |||
