Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Payment deducted in cashless transaction but distributor does not receive the same

Dear Sir/madam,
I
having Consumer ID: 64468804
On 15 Aug 2021 I paid a bill to Bharat gas for cylinder booking from Hello App for that I use Gpay as UPI mode and the amount 837.50 is debited from my account With UPI Transaction ID:[protected] but the same amount is not credited to BPCL account. Kindly request to refund my amount and solve the issue
