Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — poor service | |
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rajapalanivelu T. My gas consumer number was 1170 before 3rd September, 2019 and it was changed to 37209599 thereafter. I booked for my second cylinder on 22nd August, 2019 and on 3rd September I received a message stating that my gas booking order has been cancelled and I have to visit their office for further details. When I inquired through phone, A person from their office diverted me to go to another gas agency stating that my connection was shifted there. But they checked and said that my name was not found in the list. The next day again when I went to Pranav Gas Agency, where another one said that my connection was not transferred to another agency, and I will receive the gas the next day itself. But until today I didn't receive the cylinder. The lady who is attending the call is saying repeatedly that i will receive it the next day, for the past 4 days. 24 days have passed. Still I have not received the cylinder. The service is very very poor. I am terribly dissatisfied with the irresponsible service. I don't know in what priority the cylinders are distributed.
