Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — regarding cylinder | |||
I have book my cylinder and received on 23.10.2019 today my old cylinder got empty and after changing it to new cylinder the gas was not effective enough to get lit and wasn't working properly, i checked the gas stove and switched to the other stove and changed the regulator and pipe as well but was not still working. It seemed as if the gas was not pure and was mixed with some other stuff and further the family has to wait for the food for 3 hrs and had to eat outside at last, kindly send your respective person to check the same and rectify it with a proper solution at the earliest.
