[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Regarding gas overcharged price and bill.

I ordered to refill my cylinder. Delivery man charged me Rs 1060 but price at booking time was 1055.50 and also he did not gave me any slip. Also i want to know whether it is duty of delivery man to deliver cylinder on the floor i reside or to leave the cylinder on the road.
