Dear sir,
I transferred my indane gas (lpg id[protected], customer id - cx16590992, sv no.[protected] &[protected] from andhra pradesh. i submit my transferred paper to raj priya gas agency chota muri, ranchi - 835101, on 18/oct/2016. but i can't find the connection paper from this gas agency. i contact him for connection paper but he told that it may some time. i complained to customer care for this problem on 13/nov/2016 & complain no. is 1586303. customer care suggest him to talk with area sales manager (mob.- [protected]). i continuously talk him for that problem & he said that it will take some time but today he said that your customer id is not showing in internet, & you will take your transferred paper from raj priya gas agency chota muri, ranchi - 83510.
So, please take necessary action with raj priya gas agency & area sales manager. & kindly provide me my new gas connection paper.

Dear Sir, I transferred my Indane gas (LPG ID- 37000000019100630, Customer ID- CX16590992, SV No.- 535248354 & 545267629) from Andhra Pradesh to muri, Jharkhand. I submit my transferred paper to ( Bharat Gas )Raj Priya Gas Agency Chota Muri, Ranchi - 835101, on 18/Sep/2016. But I can't find the connection paper from this gas agency. I contact him for connection paper but he told that it may some time. I complained to customer care for this problem on 13/Nov/2016 & complain no. is 1586302 & other complain no. Is 1625701 . Customer care suggest him to talk with area sales manager (Mob.- +917544007515). I continuously talk him for that problem & he said that it will take some time but today he said that your customer id is not showing in internet, & you will take your transferred paper from Raj Priya Gas Agency Chota Muri, Ranchi - 83510. So, please take necessary action with Raj Priya Gas Agency & area sales manager. & kindly provide me my new gas connection paper. Updated by [email protected] Regarding complain no. 1586302(others 2842385, 1625701, 2845556). Dear sir I all ready talk with area sales manager (Mob.- [protected])but after 15days he told that SV No. not showing at internet & you will collect your transferred paper from Raj Priya Gas Agency Chota Muri, Ranchi - 83510. This gas agency is related to Bharat Gas. At paper submitting time gas agency provide me 2 Nos of filled cylinders with regulator & hose pipe .
So, I request please do the positively.
