Dear sir,

I am rajesh moundekar. My consumer no. 97212742.
I have opted out of subsidy by mistake trough online. I was trying to join dbtl but click the wrong option bymistake.
But now i want to get subsidy & join dbtl.
And i have not received my subsidy of dec.18.

So please look in to this matter & please resolve my issue.
