Subsidy not getting credited to my bank account Sir/madam, My name is subhradip bag, a customer of bharat gas with the following details, i am a resident of darjeeling west bengal Lpg id[protected] Consumer no.58498559 Consumer name. Subhra d bag Distributor code 135167 Aadhar no.[protected] This is to inform you that for the last two order of mine for lpg cylinders i am not getting the subsidy credited to my linked bank account. I am getting a message in the 'subsidy transfer status when i am logging into mybharatgas account, subsidy payment is not getting processed due to: amount not maintained. Please contact distributor. I called customer care thrice, they were unable to solve my issue, told me to submit the bank documents and aadhar to the distributor which is already updated as told by the distributor when i visit them. I gave bank details to my distributor once more, submitted the aadhar details to my bank branch for reseeding. I waited for more than 15 days, nothing happened. Then i mailed bpcl, called their customer care number without any resolution to my problem. Every time i get the same message from them "consumer has been advised to contact your distributorship. Distributor has been advised accordingly." Kindly look into this matter urgently, the subsidy amount is significantly high and it is really hurting me, i am very worried. Providing the details of the last two orders below.
