Sir my name is b. Venkataramana iam using bsnl prepaid simcard [protected]. My account balance cutting many times, and i contact customar care and talking customar care exiqutives diffrent times on 05/07/2017 names like vanaja, diraj, jastain excutives connect calls andwe says you activate some service and cutting balance. But i do not activate any services. The custmorcare opraters connect superwisers and techinical persons but we do not connect talking with me sevarl times and dis connect custmer care excutives my call and not given any details so please rectify this problam
