Dear sir,

Our landline (NO.[protected] was having problem from last 6 month.After every 15-20 day, we have to complaint in BSNL office, Sangli because of bad connection or landline problem, but the problem is not solved till date.

We have One INDIA plan so, we pay near about 300 RS/month but due to this problem we could not use that plan due to this problem.

So, We request to you please take proper action.

I'm completly got shocked after seeing my bsnl broadband bill, the hungama services charged me 716rs by activating their pack without even intimating me how can they do? I'm a student who is on 249plan, even that bill is heavy but i'm managing how can they charge for what i didn't use??Please take this thing seriously and solve my problem
