Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Amount debited from bank, but payment not updated in portal

I paid the bill amount of Rs .708 to my LANDLINE FIBER NET on 11.09.2021 through my Karur Vysya Bank Account.
I have attached the details herewith. But the amount has not been updated on BSNL portal. pls solve this issue.
