My phone no[protected] my name is vijay mittal from darjeeling (734101) we don"t use the hungama service so we gave application for deactivation for this service and after that they deactivated the service (By mail on 19/03/2018-03:08:59) but the monthly which we have to pay we have already paid but the bill again came including this hungama service which we already have deactivated so please if any one is given this responsible to listen complains than please its a request to take action immediately because we are mentally disturbed regarding this issue... I cannot send any text from my sim . it is a postpaid one and i have not been able to send a single text from it .i have tried complaining but they just ignore my complaints and then don't pick up my calls . it is the worst service u can get in india .please don't go for BSNL i will never recommend it, .
