    From today mrng my bsnl sim is not working, as other sim is working fine.. Even it is not showing up the network in handset section.. My bsnl number is [protected].. Could you please suggest what to do to get it resolved... I have tried to replace the sim also.. Still it is not showing up the sim network.. Is there any problm like bank network is down.

      Broadband connection on my bsnl number[protected] has been down for the last 15-20 days.
      Customer care says, it'll be repaired in a week but its been 3 weeks now. I'm suffering a lot due to this, and planning to discontinue bsnl broadband if such conditions persist...
      All efforts of repair bear no results and for a student like me, internet connection is very essential..
      Kindly make sure this is resolved or connect me to higher authorities or consumer court, because this is becoming an unbearable ordeal, a horrific customer servicing experience.

      I have not subscribed for any of the services.But i received a message that i have subscribed for some kind of wallpaper and took an amount of rs.7.This is totally unfair and some kind of technique to steal money.So please take necessary actions and refund money immediately.
      I lost my mobile along with sim in mirzapur bus stop on dated 24-1-20. I tried to block my sim to protect against misuses. But customer care didn't receive the call yet, I trying since 3 days. What a poor service they have.mobile no [protected]
      Continuously getting "transaction failed due to invalid service class" error for weeks now. Not able to recharge.
      Have been trying on portal, app as well as through Paytm. However same issue. Kindly assist.

        I have gone market and there was very much rush and my phone with sim card which is registered with bank had been lost. And i have lost it and please provide me another sim of same number.         From the last one month, i am facing thids problem of the automatic deduction of balance money from my bsnl acc.. A month ago, my balance was rs91, but now it has reduced to rs36 even though i rarely made a call through it. A message always pops up saying that rs0.250 has been deducted from your account for gprs usage of 544 bytes, even though i never turned my data connection on (I always use my jio no. For data). Please solve this issue because i have already lost nearly 35 to 40rs. If this problem continues, then i may have to port my no. To some other operator.

        I daily get messages from 57171 contained OTP in it. After it rs . 5 get deducted from my account. With this my account deducted nearly 150 rs. from my main balance. Now i dont maintain the balance in my account so that i can loose more. It happen usualy after midnight and when my mobile data is on. Please solve my issue. As soon as possible.

          landline/broadband out of service from more than 20 days

          Unauthorised money is being deducting from my pre paid mobile several times in the name of services by 57171.             I am unable to call anybody through my bsnl mobile even if there is balance
            I tried contacting the customer service 1503, only one tune was playing for the last 10 min for three times and no one answered.
            My simcard no is [protected]
            I recently got a recharge of30 ruppee of which 22or 23 was credited. Then i tried calling on many numbers but not a single call completed.
            Also 30 ruppee recharge didn't show validity at that time but now i got a message saying that validity expires on 31.01.2020. So if you want to retain your balance recharge more.

                Our Landline Number is[protected]. This is not Functioning since 05 Dec 2019.

                On 05 December 2019 our landline stopped working after a BSNL personal was working on the cables outside our compound.

                We have registered a complaint on the 25th december 2019. vide complaint no.[protected] on the BSNL Portal.

                We are not able to further report on this complaint at BSNL portal as it says the complaint already exists.

                No body has attended to the call so far and we are not able to get in touch with BSNL over phone either.

                We tried the the BSNL Toll free no.:[protected] many times. It only carries us thru an IVR and disconnects. We are not able to get in touch with any person to elaborate on the issue.

                  I have raised a complaint about my landline not working from 15 jan 2020, called 10+ times to customer care number no response till date ie 26 jan to resolve my complaint. Very very poor service by bsnl.

                  Completely frustrated. Because of this issue i have degrade my broadband connection to low level connection. I was having this connection for my mom to call me as emergency purpose, she is 60+ yrs old.

                    We are trying to close our bsnl landline connection at my indira nagar lucknow since 2016 but failed to do so. Each time we are subjected to ignorance and avoided by bsnl staff. They give us some date to visit again which is not possible for us as we work out side and my father who use to visit there is above 75. They kept using our situation and avoid clouser. We henceforth declare that there would be no payment be done from our side. We are not in the position to continue with this useless expenditure any more.

                    Hello sir today I recharge of 74 rs for 180 days validity but my validity show only for 21/04/2020 but according to recharge my plan must be valid till 20/07/2020 kindly check my issue and provide my 180 days validity

                    We are bsnl mobile users in hosur tamilnadu 63109 and in our area for the past four days there is no bsnl net coverage ang we could not able to use our mobile phones this happens often this shows very worst service of bsnl this can be corrected immediately

                      I was using bsnl landline at my residence for more than 30 years.
                      As my age is advancing and i was alone staying there, i had to shift to my daughter’s house. So i surrendered the landline no.[protected] on my name mrs. Nirmala vinayak kulkarni, age 93 years, in february 2018. The address where the landline was installed is b5/3, rambag society, navi peth, pune 411030.

                      I have lodged a complaint previously, but the deposit is not yet received.

                      Please consider my age and refund the deposit as soon as possible.

                        I had completed my recharge on 8/03/2022 at 12:59, But recharge got stuck in process after an hour, It showed that recharge failed and I didn't get my refund back. I did my recharge through BSNL self-care app.

                          My phone is disconnected. My broadband is slow. Despite repeated visits to the bsnl office by me, my aged mother, and wife, they do nothing to restore the same. I contacted one mr nagesh, who assured me he would do the needful. Needless to say, he did not show up. My phone number is[protected].

                          I am dependent on this phone and broadband connection for my work and entertainment. I have already lost one prospective job offer...

                          Most of the time i see zero signal or weak signal.
                          Sometimes i am unable to even get otp related to banking due to zero service.

                          I somehow gave a complaint before few months (Their complaint portal mostly doesnot work till the last step).

                          Even now i am unable to call their 1503 customer care number (Due to poor network...

                            I'm using land-line and broadband in my house and when i have installed it i. E in september 2019. I had used my own landline instrument and i have filled not to have instrument from bsnl because i have my own. But still they charge me for that of amount 529 rupees and i complaint it to my bsnl exchange and they have given methe application in which they had clearly written that it was mistakenly done and sogned by jto mukesh of gadi garh exchange jammu and he told me to give it to main office at bahu plaza. So i gave to mrs satnam kour at bahu plaza office on 18 october 2019. So till now, they had not adjustment of my amount and just giving silly excuses. So please i want to get my amount to be adjusted as soon as possible.

                              I had recharged my bsnl phone number via the website : inditab.com/recharge. The payment was done via net banking for an amount of rs. 37.50. The payment was successful but the recharge had failed. They had promised to get my money refunded within the next 48 hours. Even after expiry of the promised time, i didn't get the refund amount in my account.
                              Details of payment :
                              The recharge category was : bsnl special mobile.
                              The payment id: [protected].
                              The order id: indrc[protected]
                              Payment time : 01:05 pm, 20 jan 2020.
                              Please arrange to refund the payment amount at your earliest possible time.
