Sir, I am a user of bsnl prepaid mobile (under saral anant scheme). My mobile no is [protected]. I live in Srinagar gate no.2, Madhyamgram, North 24 pgs, Kolkata-700 129. My problem is I'm facing poor network, call drop, STD and ISD facility is not working properly. I'm suffering this from last two year. I complaint several times in bsnl helpline and also submit complaint letters to Divisional Engineer (CMTS), Territy Bazar Telephone Exchange Kolkata 700073. But my problem is not solved.
If I will not get any improvement then I will have to discontinue my connection. I hope you will take care of this matter.

BSNL — INSUFFICIENT SERVICE

My father have connection of BSNL LANDLINE in KASIA (MATHAULI) IN KUSHINAGAR DISTRICT O[censored].P.MY NO is[protected].On 04/06/2008 iI deposited the telephone bill and asked to the authority to connect it, because the connection was not available.
The clerk asked me to go to DEORIA(U.P.) AND said that connection will be provided from there, because your connection is on fault from more than 6 months.
THE clerk on duty asked me to contact with LINE MAN named KEWAL and you will get two places digged at your expenses, becauses now the department is not providing money for that.
SIR please solve my problem.

I am a subscriber for your "Excel" prepaid services on my numbers [protected]-33-34.

I am stated near dandi swami mandir, civil lines ludhiana . and Use your services mostly from there. And even after many complaints my problems are not getting solved.

1. Frequent Signal level too Low

2. Frequent call drops

These complaints have been given to BSNL customer complaint cell at the number 24365 (Toll Free) Dialable by cellphone.



Please solve my complaints in a resonable time period of 1 week as alredy more than 6 months have passed on record.



Please do the needful Immidietly or I will be compelled to move the Consumer Court with total cost and damages to be recovered from your company

my bsnl prepaid no is [protected], not only me any bsnl user make call on local idia no-[protected], we got std charge 1.50/rs.
frist i made complaint to customer care, finally they ask me to contact me local office. then i have made complaint in mathura office to mr.ankit, miss bharti, & finally i have made a complaint to sdo mobile mr. bharadwaj.
still position is the same, so i request you remove the fault urgently as soon as possible, and i request you get my money back which is charged in wrong manner.

BSNL Prepaid Mobile — un able to dial ISD numbers from my pre paid mob no

Sir, my mob no is [protected] and is positioned in Agra ...UP west.However I have not been able to dial ISD nos.Could youadvise me as to what to do.
no outgoing call is possible for last few days. incoming calls are being received. messege sending is sometimes possible. complaint lodgged 4-5 days back. No result. Mobile No.[protected].Please see to it.

I reside in close proximity of mobile tower ''podra andul road'', It was 100% network zone in my residence.Recently network is very poor and all call is being dropped for last 20 days. I have lodged complin in customer care no.[protected] on 13.7. 09, (no.3607728) but nothing has been done so far.

I am a subscriber Bsnl broadband Internet covered under land line connection No.23333508. The net work is very very poor I have complained previously also, for a day it worked some what. Now the same problem continue. We are paying the bill and we are not getting the network.

    Really i fed up with BSNL Customer care service i am getting a service massage to my phone (Nokia e71) every 10 seconds no of times i contacted them no body solve me problem. if it is private service they will act immediatly

On[protected] some amount deducted from my mobile and I got a SMS on renewal of caller tune and it is validated till 20 January 2010 but there is no caller tune activated against my number. Really I am very surprised on BSNL customer care. Please do the needful otherwise I have no other options rather discontinuing the service from BSNL.

    After about two years of this complaint, I feel no difference today. It is disgusting and silly to send so frequently the same message so many times! Will the dept take action?
    When I tried to send message to the customer care no, it does not pass!!!

    We have still some affection left for the Govt organisation. Let it not lose its customers.

    Kindly noted that the Humshakal service charge of Rs.10/- has been deducted from my BSNL Mobile no.[protected] and [protected] freequently even though i have reported to the BSNL customer care to avoid such services and unwanded massages.'
    Please take necessary steps to avoid sending this service and massages in futre and also to avoid in forcing any legal proceedure

      Sir,
      I tried to enquire about the router for the net connection. I made a call 3 times to the customer care no. 1500, after excecuting the menu options the call is not answered. They are picking the phone and keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other p[hone in that office is ringing they are attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network.Very bad customer service.
      Please instruct them to attend the calls.

      This ppl are very ridiculous, we have to wait for 20 mins till they pick up and they behave very rude.
      The customer care is in WB.They dnt even listen complete sentence and say "BSNL ME CALL KARNE KE LIYE DHANYABAD".What the hell are these ppl???Unknownly our balance is being deducted in the name of hello tunes service but no song is being played.
      BSNL should look proper way to train these ppl so that we are being benefited.

      I am BSNL broadband consumer- working at RCF Kapurthala. I am fed up with BSNL broadband...and do not know what I should do to get things right. I am paying my bills but gettting only mockery from the company.
      Their 1500 number is always busy...seems they do not want to talk.
      Their 1957 is also same way...
      Local exchange does not pick up phones...and whome else we should contact ?

      I called to the cust care of bsnl at 24march 2009 by[protected] & Italk with an executiveof cust care but unfortunately bill was deduce from my accont . when I see the the matter I call an cut care executive &say the matter & again the same matter was occured. Lastly I call an executive & ask that are you refund my money which was spent to call in cust care . HE replied "he has nothing to do ".Till i don't get my money.

      i am prepaid customer of bsnl. on my number one sevice is activated then i call to customer care he/she told me is i have no information about our service and starting days i call c.care at least 10 times a days aevery person of c.care ask me the different solvtion. but no one solve my problem. before 3 month bsnl cut 30- rs per month but he never no what is the problem and who to solve it. i told to the teacher who teach the c.care fresher what he teach that person . he not able to solve one problem.

      i hope after this complaint. bsnl give the way to dea activate this service.

      BSNL Prepaid — call not completing orb connecting

      I recharged my BSNL Prepaid mobile(mobile no [protected])with 399 rupees on 8th june 2009.the retailer told me that I can call any local BSNL number free of cost.I am calling all the numbers without any difficulty but when I am calling my home no(mobile no [protected]) my mobile is displaying "NETWORK BUSY" from 9th june 2009.I am calling the BSNL customer care almost every day from the day I recharged my mobile.The customer care executives are neither saying the way to solve the problem nor giving the time limit to solve it.Will not my problem be solved?If it is a system problem then why I can call my home(Relliance) number(mobile no [protected])without any difficulty?Is it because of calling with expence?Is the problem occuring due to "free of cost calling"?I had to recharge my relliance mobile (mobile no [protected]) to call my BSNL mobile & I had to recharge my BSNL mobile (mobile no [protected]) to make call to my home(Relliance) number(mobile no [protected]).
      I have applied for a new landline connection on 12/06/2009 and was informed that i will get the connection within 2 days. But till date, the new connection was not provided..when contacted, they said instrument was not available . the details are as follows .. Request you to pls provide the connection with instrument as soon as possible.

      I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile, MH circle using The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility through Internet Banking. Refill of Rs 55.0 TOP-UP on 27-jun-2009 at 03.30 PM & haven't received any refill as yet Today. Amount of Rs 55/- has been debited from my The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. saving account.

      I tried calling up the customer care on[protected], at least 25-30 times & could connect to the customer care after good eight hours of trying. (The so called Cust care is busy 24x7, than being available 24x7.)

      After holding the line for 20mins (while being constantly subject to sad, repetitive music) the executive tells me that due to technical problems, he cannot help me. Please call later. (which in other words meant, I better forget my money.)

      BSNL — Customer care complaint

      My mobile no. is [protected], i wanted to activate GPRS on this no. but every time i tried there was the same message " Unable to send request to the router".
      i complained to the customer care but after 1 week i am facing the same problem. and on contacting the customer care they give me same reply " please wait for 24 hrs"

      kindly resolve my problem.

      BSNL — NO CUSTOMER SUPPOR

      BSNL WILL PROVIDE ONLY MINIMAL CUSTOMER SOPPORT. THIS SEEMS TO BE MANY BSNL EMPLOYEES ARE INDIRECTLY WORKING FOR THE PRIVATE TELECOM OPERATERS. IF WE LOG A COMPLIENT THEY WILL GIVE VERY LEAST PRIORTY TO THAT ONE . THUS ULTIMATLY DUE TO BAD SUPPORT PEOPLE WILL MOVE TO OTHER OPERATERS . ALWAYS BSNL COME WITH VERY GOOD OFERS . BUT ITS EMPLOYEES WILL DISTRORY AND HELP THE PRIVATE OPERATOR TO GROW . HERE I AM DOUBTING WHETHER THEY ARE GEETING THAT MUCH BRIBE FROM PRIVATE SECTOR .

      i have a cyber cafe in nerul bardez goa, n i have a business plan n i get bill of Rs.3749 every month which is quit gud n i n my customers r very happy with the speed of the broadband.the only complaint i want to make is that the teliphone cables are cut n robbed in this nerul area.for 5 to 6 days we go without the internet n telephone line n i loose lots of my customers of not having my cyber cafe open and which i don, t complain aganist the basnl staff n they do they job quit good

      BSNL — Neglecting Customer Requests

      I Have a Complaint regarding the well known telecom company, BSNL. I am a resident of "H.no- 36 D.K.Devsthali, Near Danapani restaurant, Bavadiakalan, E-8 Ext., Bhopal M.P." I applied for a fixed line & Broadband Service on_dl date 28/7/09 , pb date 18/8/09, but your authorities say that it is not possible for them to give a fixed line to me in this area. But my neighbors are using the same service. After my complaint in the local office i was provided with a WLL[protected] but the original number provided while my bill (Bill No b-n n0.n85087)of Rs-1299 INR was enchased was[protected] .still i m not provided with BROADBAND services. Neither the billing Scheme of the WLL was discussed with me nor the Billing Scheme was told. I was given the WLL 1 month after bill encashment. And was said that the broadband will soon be available in a week or two. Another 2 month has passed over it still no action has been taken over to this. Why is it so that your employees are neglecting their customers, even the senior officers are not paying attention to this . . . please suggest me what should I do.?!Authorities may Contact me at [protected] AND/OR [protected]

      I, KANTILAL CHAUHAN, a customer of your BSNL Exel mobile (Perpaid Service) cell No. ([protected]) from Pandaveswar, Asansol, Dist Burdwan (W.B.), would like to focus your attention reguarding my problem with the GPRS setting.

      I have activated my GPRS Plan of Rs. 125 on 10th Nov, 2009 and i was told that i will get 15 day free surfing but even after 9 days of recharge my GPRS has not been activated.

      Sir, i call at BSNL Customer Care Service (1503) for setting on 10th Nov. at evening a i was told that there is a server proplem and they cannot activate my GPRS now and asked me to call them later. Later again on 11th Nov i call them for setting but due to some technical error it was not complete, the error message was "ONLY 70 SETS AVAILABLE" then "SETTING DISCARD".After that i again call them for setting for about 7-10 times. Every time they assured me that i will get the setting soon, but i didnt recieved any setting. Every call to them (BSNL Customer Care) was in vain. I repeatedly asked them for my complaint Number also but they did not gave me.

      Later, On 13th Nov, I call the DGM(OP) (BSNL), Ph. No.[protected] for the complain but he asked me to call at[protected] and assured me that my problem will be solved soon. On calling to the given No.[protected], the person in-charge told me that we do not hold any complain directly from customer. I also call to Asansol BSNL Office ([protected] and[protected] for the complain.

      Sir, i am feeling very sorry to say that even after calling and talking to so many authorities my complain for GPRS setting has not been solved. It is my kind request to please look into the matter and help me to get GPRS on my moblie.

      There is a major problem in BSNL West Bengal and Kolkata network. While talking with others, line got disconnected automatically.
      The major concern is for last 4-5 months 'Missed call atert' facility is not working. I have lunched compalint with BSNL customer care but still now it is not working.
      Last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service.

      I, Mr. Sureshchandra Pradhan having prepaid mobile o[censored]r network no. [protected] would like to complaint against no response given from the customer care department. I had activated the plan of 0.1 paise which deducts rs. 9 daily as a service charge. After that I sent the message for deactivation on 13/11/09 to 53733 and in response recd. the message that the scheme has been deactived odn 14/11/09. My complaint is that still todate service charge of rs.9 per day is been deducted from my balance. Against this i have complained and my complain no. is RL0700041 DT. 07/12/09. Also had a talk with mr. Kamelsh on the same date. Next day i had talked to mr. Chetan regarding the same. On 14/12/09 i had talked to khushboo who asked me to talk with mr. Parvez, the supervisor regarding the same problem. He again gave the new complaint no. RL1001211. But still today service charge is been cut. I recd. no help neither any response from your department. I want the refund of my amount from 14/11/09 to the day till this problem is not solved. I regret to inform u that this is my last try to solve the problem after this I am approaching to the consumer forum and also to the higher authourity to take action against the above mentioned personnel who are not atall giving any response to the customers complaints.

Please tell me that what should I do...???

But the amount deducted per call for these numbers is again 49 paise. I made several calls to customer care(can check the call from my no. & also the duration). No one is responding & correcting the complaint. Who is responsible for this. I hope your goodself will go through this & along with solving the issue, will reimburse the amount to my no. Otherwise I am sorry I will be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.

      I started GPRS services on 21.12.2011 but till date ( i.e = 02.01.2012 ) GPRS service are not activated on my handset.

      I had raised complaints in customer care via mobile two time the details are given below.

      HI, BSNL customer care people is very argent in nature dealing with customers. I have just spoke (2/Jan/2012 9.40PM) ) to a BSNL customer care executive Mr: Vamsidhar to raise a complaint for getting activated to unnecessary services without our notice.
      Mr. Vamsidhar (BSNL customer case executive), instead of taking my complaint and helping me he is talking very rudely using bad words.
      At first I started speaking to him very politely using words like Sir and because of his language Mr. Vamsidhar used, I lost my temper and asked to connect me to his manager. But instead of connecting me to his manager he disconnected my call. Also my purpose of calling customer care is not solved.
      Now I want to make a complaint on him. Can any one let me know to which mail ID we can send a mail.

      This website (http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca/GSMMobileComplaints.aspx) of bsnl is used for lodging online complaints of mobile. This never works. Moreover, when we try to contact customer support executive of BSNL through auto response call on 123, the call gets disconnected. How can one lodge a complaint regarding the unnecessary services, network, etc? Please take some action against such fake things happening in our country...

      We have been using the BSNL Landline / Broadband for more than 2 years, [protected], After repeated calls to customer care still the frequent disconnection of broadband is not solved.

      When contacted to the customer care they are almost shouting on us saying "it is in progress, you have to wait" This is only for few days, and then they close the docket without solving the problem

      I feel too bad that i have been cheated since there is no refund given for disconnections so far. Even though we could suggest them with technical assistance (I am a network engineer) they refuse to work on it.

      I hope for strong action against this kind of negligence.

        I am a student, among many thousands studying in Modinagar, Ghaziabad.
        Regarding the GSM services congestion has always been a problem since the very first day, but the major problem is the sudden absence of network signal. No other network whether Idea, Airtel or Vodafone poses such problem. This happens for 5-6 times a week and continues for hours, leaving us stranded without service. The situation has not improved since more than an year. Moreover the congestion is so great that it is possible to get a call made after making an average of 50-60 attempts. Hence we dare not attempt a call during peak hours unless it becomes absolutely necessary.
        We live hundreds of kilometres from our families. Without proper telecommunication services, it becomes very difficult for us.

        sir, i am from district pauri gharwal, uttrakhand, i take a bsnl mobile connection (mobile number is [protected])) before one year, but from starting to till date bsnl fail to give service, in this rural area network is so poor that if we try a phone since morning then also it not connect !
        I am an existing customer of Kolkara BSNL.I stay at Rabindrapally, Kestopur, Kol-101.For last 3 weeks there is no network coverage in my room.Whenever I come out from my home I get the network.Prior to it network was poor in my room.Calls got disconnected automatically.But at present network coverage is absolutely nil.I am totally unable to use my BSNL sim card.

        I'm from Modinagar too dealing with the same problem. The Cellone network service here is very poor indeed. It is shameful for such a prestigious company to provide such a poor service to its customers.

        i think modinagar is one of the top student hub of india and service of bsnl too poor many times there is no network & if some times network shown it is too busy and in most of hostels network connectivity is very poor.

            I AM K MANJUNATHA AITHAL. I WAS WORKING AS OFFICER IN CORPORATION BANK, DHARMATOLLA KOLKATTA DURING THE YEAR 1996 (FEB) TO 1999 (APRIL). I HAVE APPLIED FOR TELEPHONE CONNECTION AT MY RESIDENCE ( 52/C K M NASKAR ROAD, BEHIND MALANCHA THEATRE, REGENT PARK , KOLKATTA 700040 ON 21.04.1998 BY DEPOSITING RS. 3000.00 ( RECEIPT NO. RKTGG4040 DT. 21.04.1998 ISSUED BY Commercial Officer (South) calcutta Telephones, 3A, Garihat Road, Calcutta 700019. My application number was CTD/B No. 885631 dt. 26.03.1998. The Registration Card issued by Commercial Officer, South, Calcutta Telephones, 3A, Garihat Road Calcutta 700019 is bearing registration No. RKT/GG/98-99/0208 DT. 21.04.1998 FORM NO. B885631 under NON-OYT (GENL) category with Customer No.[protected].
            I was not given any connection in that place. In the mean time I got transferred to Mangalore.
            I have given letter to refund the amount or transfer the connection to Mangalore (Karnataka). The acknowledgement issued by them was RKT/GG/98-99/0208 DT. 21.04.1998.
            There was no response for several reminders.
            After shifting to Mangalore (Karnataka) my residence was "SHARADA" KALBAVI ROAD, KOTTARA, MANGALORE KARNATAKA. I have received one letter to my Mangalore Address from MR. S N BAIRAGI Commercial Officer, ( Jadavapur) Calcutta Telephones bearing with above reference number ( RKT/GG/98-99/0208 DT. 20.04.2001 asking me to contact him in person. But I could not go to Calcutta from Mangalore.
            Subsequently I received one letter bearing above said reference number dt. 03.01.2003 asking me to send the original voucher of deposit and a stamped receipt for having received the payment with interest of Rs. 1050 along with the deposit amount of Rs. 3000.00 after that cheque will be issued.
            I have sent the original deposit receipt and a stamped receipt for Rs. 4050.00.
            But sir, till date I have not received the refund amount. My present address as below:
            FLAT NO. 204, "MAHENDRA MANOR", PATRAO LANE, KARANGALAPADY, MANGALORE 575003. KARNATAKA. TEL[protected].

            Please help me in getting back the money as early as possible with upto date interest @ 18.00 % P.A.

              we have suddenly been sent a message like you have been activated loveology service on your mobile phone . We did not request for it.We also checked our sent items. Do we have to call the cusomer care This happened to me a couple of years ago after losing Rs30 per month for more than 4 months I somehow got relieved of this problem. Now again this month I got this message from 55666.

                      I have bought BSNL EVDO in Vellore which comes under Tamil Nadu Telecom circle,While buying i confirmed that national roaming is activated in the card and it will work in Chennai.
                      But when i used the card in chennai i didnt Get EVDO signal at all,i have received only CDMA 1X Signal with 4 bars,but it didnt connect at all.
                      After Checking with Chennai BSNL officers and Vellore BSNL officers they told me that Roaming is enabled for only EVDO and not for CDMA which is not mentionbed in BSNL Website.
                      So pls enable roaming for CDMA 1X also

                      Very true Kishore.
                      I bought the EVDO device from my home town Calicut-Kerala hoping that it will work all over India, since I work in Bangalore and my work involves a lot of travel across India. However in most of the places there is only CDMA 1x network and not EVDO. So it as good as not using the device and still paying INR 650 as rent for it. And unfortunately since i purchased the device I do not have an option to surrender it either.

                      So end of the day a complete waste of INR 3500+tax.
                      BSNL should realize that half information is wrong information.
                      When the device is reverse compatible with CDMA 1x why not roaming on the same, atleat the information needs to be given to the cnsumers upfront and not wait till they come with a complaint.
                      This is as good as cheating a person.
                      All of this just reinforces the fact that BSNL is always gonna be BSNL and can never compete with TATA or Reliance (Bad customer care is still better than no service + pathetic customer care).
                      Anyways lets hope in vain that BSNL will provide roaming on CDMA 1X as well. Or else RIP my EVDO device.

                      I purchased the EVDO card in bangalore and i tested the signal while travelling to hyderabad by train.
                      In some areas i got cdma 1x signal(in roaming) and i was able to browse the internet.
                      In Hyderabad i got the EVDO signal with full speed.
                      But i didn't get any signal when i was in my home town Anantapur (though cdma 1x network exists).
                      So, i guess the cdma 1x roaming is enabled only on some circles.
                      If you know any other info or if you are able to get the cdma 1x signal on EVDO while in roaming, by tweaking some settings, then please post it here.

                      BSNL EVDO's service in Assam is worse. There is no EVDO service most of the time as the server is down and only CDMA works. When EVDO is there the speed is below 128 kbps. According to inside source the contention ratio of EVDO is about 1:98 and thus the server crashes. The number of ports for EVDO is also less compared to number of connections alloted. The Service is worse than GPRS for CDMA as speed is as low as 10 kbps. Roaming is also hopeless as the service routed by Calcutta and while roaming username and password failure occurs. EVDO is hopeless service like its 3G mobile service. BSNL published a speed upto 2.4 Mbps hence we should get at least 1 Mbps 24X7. I thought of going to consumer court but after much discussion with the EVDO people of BSNL I have decided to close the connection. I am now going for TATA Indicom which is a leader not a looser like BSNL.
                      Sir i am Birendra Singh recently purchased BSNL EVDO modem.. on 1st July 2013 and on 13th july my Prithivi modem which is given by BSNL office not working correctly. I have paid so much money and and i can not able to use even one month. What is this, BSNL already knows that with Prithivi UE 100 modem having heating problem after use of 1 to 2 hours net automatically disconnect and when we touch the modem why so happen then we feel too much heat like a heater burning in it. I want new modem and want to lodge FIR against BSNL officer... Take some strict action please sir ... and one more thing .. if anybody goes to BSNL office no one treat you well and don't give any information. Because they all are having goverment job "Sarkari kursi mili hai kon hata sakta hai sab jante hai jada s jada kya hoga kuch nhi " That's why BSNL going down .. and Private company growing more and more by giving less thing to customer becz they give service . BSNL gives a lot of thing to customer but not service .. Take action sir please i want my country to be in top and it will only possible when we do our assigned job perfectly.                         Dear sir i was using bsnl broadband and unfortunatly i had to shift to other house so i went to bsnl office and ask the procedure. They told that we cant accept cancellation of Broadband as well as shifting of land line at a time (Both togather). As per his guidence i gave cancellation application, and he told to give cancelation after few days. Then there after when again i went to office for change of land line connection they told that there is some problem in server we are not able to entery your change of Land line connection please do come after few days.

                        In between this more than a month passed and at last i was able to submit the land line connection application, and ther after 4-5 days i got the land line transfered. But when i got the bill i came to know that my Broadband connection was still not cancled....... and i was charged for that month. On asking them why i have been charged for the broadband connection they replied that they had not received any application regarding cancelation application.

                        I had send them an application mentioning all above matter but they didnt give any response to that.

                        Please guide me or do the needfull to get me reembursement.

                          I have recharged my BSNL Prepaid No. [protected] on sept 7' 2009, with a e-recharge of Rs. 1100+ST. I was told to get 1 yr. validity and full talktime less ST in this. But I got only Rs. 1100 as the recharge value and no validity. I went to the shop again to clarify this but they refused me to help. They told me that they had registered your complaint to BSNL and can't help you more than that. My validity has already over and now they are telling to recharge it with Rs. 370 voucher in which I'll get 1 yr. validity.

                            I have availed BSNL landline and mobile phone services. On 5th May, 2013, I received A DEATH THREAT on my landline by one unidentified caller.                               I have applied for landline with broadband connection in HAL. They said connection will be given in maximum one month. After one month we have visited the bsnl office in HAL. They said i need to contact indira nagar bsnl office. In indira nagar bsnl office they said internal dp is missing. It may take another 15 days. After 15 days we have visited the office they said it may take some more time. This visit has taken place several times and bsnl connection was not given at all.

                              Iam fed up in calling any of the BSNL offices as the response is very bad.

                              My Address is : Pavithra Enclave, 6th Main, G.M.Palya, Bangalore - 560075.

                              There were bsnl connections given in 6th main itself in the flats which are next to us.
                              Why i didnt get the connection yet?

                              For a new connection BSNL takes 1 year to establish still not yet recevied.If BSNL couldnt offer to provide a connection why do they accept new application forms?? Will the required authorities look into the problem?

                                I have BSNL connection with me. On 02.09.09 i got a message from TA-acad that my mobile no is winner and had won $2500 cash.For enquiring about prize one no was given .On calling that no a huge amount was deducted from my phone but on other side only waiting option and dirctions was there.
                                When i talked to BSNL customer care they says they have not any connection with that message. But i want to say that in spite of coming No TA-acad was appearing.This system must be provided by BSNL..Later on i came to know that many other people were also trapped in this problem.Please let me know if BSNL is responsibel for such king of misuse.
