This is to inform you that the our internet connection was not working for ten days. Our customer id is [protected]. I had complained in customer care portal on 18.8.2019. But till date the complained was not solved by them. They were not respond the complained. So many times we had complained but no response we found.

So, i requested to you that look into the matter solve the problem as soon as possible.

I am in roaming in Bengaluru, karnataka holding a Bsnl Ap sim, every time i call my parents in Hyd who also has a bsnl sim, The voice disappears with 1-2 minutes, If both the networks are Bsnl, This should not happen i think, Please resolve this issue As Soon As Possible to keep your loyal customers happy.
