I wanted to port my bsnl number. ( My sim is active and I have minimum balance with validity also. I have been using this bsnl for nearly 6 years.) I sent "PORT " to 1900. But, I received message saying "your request for UPC cannot be processed, try again later". I tried various times, but it's not working. Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I'm able to see many have complained regarding this issue. Thus, please kindly resolve. Thank you.
