I pay bsml land line bill of amount 954rs by paytm. On 13 december 2017. Amount deducted from wallet but not received by bsnl company. My wallet txn id..[protected]. And When i pay bill. Postpaid hybrid flow order# [protected]. This no. On my paytm screen. I complain paytm customer care but no any response.. Plz sir help If not received by bsnl company my amont then where amount is go and whos company or person responsible for this act. Plz help nd my amount return on my paytm wallet. Regards.. Recently I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills with plan 470. the additional amount of Rs.500/- one time charge higher speed for 20GB. please deactivate my account from one time charges plan.
