Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — block of lost sim with mobile | |
I bolagani venkateswarlu serving in indian air force. I have the honour to state that I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card during train journey. My mobile no. Was [protected] and imei no : 352704/07/977338/9. Recently i have known that someone using my mobile. When i call my number he switch off the mobile. So i want to block the sim card so that he will not mis use my sim. But the bsnl officials say that they require last recharge amount of mobile. How i supposed to know my last recharge as recharge amount always various time to time. They also said that there is no secondary option to block the sim card. Sir i request you to intervene in this matter. I humble request the bsnl to block my sim immediately please. My mobile no. [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
