My connection no.[protected]bsnl khatima dist u s nagar uttraakhand) name sandeep kumar . My internet service not working since last one and half month. Lot of complaints at local exchange and thro customer care. After one month i was told that your modem is defective . I have purchased new modem.
I made about 5-6 visits at exchange. Handed over the modem 3-4 times. No response over telephones.Made a complaint with bsnl docket also ref:- utr/co/2018/669 2 days back and waiting for solution.I have already made a loss of time and money over this issue. Without services i have been issued bill for this period also.
Kindly look into the matter and do proper solution.

resolved by JTO khatima from exchange just now. i got message from jto. There was some problem in setting at exchange why it took so many days i do not understand. BSNL should not bill to me for this period. i think my complait in docket worked.
