Short summary ( broadband not working and officials are unable to fix this so I want my refund)
I am BSNL pre-paid broadband service user and service was decent but when I converted my plan from monthly to yearly basis and I submitted the fee for upcoming year in 10-apr-2020 after one month the broadband service is un stable but somehow working till July-aug and then I am moving around 2 officials anjani Tripathi(JTO lakhanpur, kanpur) and SDO kalyanpur, kanpur.
Everybody now knows me by face as I have visited the offices atleast 50-60 times and everytime I was told that we will fix this and you will get rebate and no progress.then I visited SDO kalyanpur Office and told him about all this, then he taken the action but none of their workers were able to fix it. And now they all are disappeared.
Now when I re complaining anjani Tripathi again want the complainant in written but when I have already complainant in written 3 times and WhatsApp them atleast 100 times and called 200 times and asked them to fix or give me refund for 4 months atleast.
