Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Bsnl fibernet issue | |||
When i contacted jto of bsnl office at srikakulam he gave a number to contact the person who is not a bsnl employee and he charged me1500 for instalation for bsnl fibernet where it is actually 250/-, and there was a customer next to my house connected with bsnl fibernet when we informed this to jto he said to bargain to 500 or 1000 which is purely out of rules. I hope my complaint will be resolved i am having proofs but the audio farmat is not supporting Was this information helpful? | |||
