Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — BSNL landline service totally dead in my house for the past two weeks

My landline phone[protected] is not working for the two weeks. I have booked the complaint through webportal. My problem is not yet solved. I am directly complaint the fault to JE, area line man and his assistant. No response from their end. I am frustrated with BSNL service.

Is any one is available in BSNL top level autority to solve my faulty. MY CONTACT number [protected]
