BSNL is not providing details properly in online portal.
In their online portal, there is 439 ALL FREE plan under Plan Migration/Validity Extension. When recharged, it recharged. But not working. Customer care people are telling that its only for new customers. And disconnected the call. Not responding properly. I want to raise complaint against BSNL for providing wrong information to customers.

I have lost my samsung galaxy grand mobile set carrying sim of bsnl at mobile no [protected]. Pllease immediately block this sim snd confirm.this mobile ph with sim was used by my daughter.
