I have been facing internet down issue since a month. I raised a complaint with bsnl customer care executive. This is the msg that i received from bsnl-
"Dear customer, we have booked your complaint / Request . The docket number for your complaint / Request is - F[protected] "
I am in Mumbai-Maharashtra-Goa circle of bsnl mobile prepaid service.
Accordingly, It had to be resolved within 48 hrs. I waited for 3 days, still no response from Bsnl. Therefore, i again called to customer care executive and asked stutus about complaint, he told that case has been closed.
I was shocked, because i got no response from bsnl regarding complaint and even the issue is not resolved, how they can dispose the case without solution. I asked same question to the executive, then he rudely responded by telling me some rubbish things and cut the call from their side. Then i called multiple times to customer care executives, on which they kept speaking rudely stupid things and cut the call rudely from their side, without giving any solution.
Bsnl executives consider customers as stupid and hold no responsibility towards customers. They keep insulting customers without giving solutions to problems.
It cost me huge economical, educational, mental health losses. Iam still struggling to get solution to the problem, without success.
