Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — call drop and calculate extra seconds

When i call 20 seconds talking after call is single side voice and seconds are running but call not discunected. I try to cut the call but no hopes. This is not my first problem, so many times it's faced but i hope to improve the services. I don't know english fluently so i write shortly. So i hope to improve the signals and calldrop problem.
