I am continuously suffering from call drop & cross connection. I have complaint against this in BSNL customer care but there is no any improvement done from their side. Problem is as it was be.
We have to call a person at least three or four times to complete our full message. BSNL never give me any refund for the call drop while TRAI had announced that every telecom company had to pay 1 Rs for a call drop and max.

we having a issue with network, somebody is calling my number its showing bzy on some other line . so want to solve this issue with my network. please assist to check ma connection and find what is the issue is there, kindly advise the problem and sort out, your earliest action highly appreciated.

My Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Land line not working for more than 3 months now, I has submitted multiple complaints but no action until now. My BSNL number is:[protected], please help or resolve the land line connection asap?
