[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Can't port my number
I've been trying to port since the last month and all I'm getting is the message that
//Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.//
I've tried contacting BSNL Kerala and BSNL India on twitter and they said the issue is because or server down and it will resolve soon and no one is actually cared about it.
It is my main sim and all my accounts are linked to it. I can't even receive OTPs and struggling with my online class.
It is very sad that PORT is basic need a company could provide and they're not even initiating to resolve the issue. And they do charge for each Port message also😒
