CDMA sim [protected] from bsnl Kelly’s- receipt no prepaid/KEL/2018-19/1 dt 16.7.18. RUIM no
[protected]. Still it has not been activated in spite of my frequent requests. They didn’t consider my request and so far not taken any action from their end.
Please look into the matter and to take action in this issue at the earliest.

My landline connection was fault for the last two weeks, cable issue was resolved by line man. but it was not working . the lineman informed that, the instrument is complaint. the landline instrument was newly purchased by me for Rs. 700/- paid. it was purchased recently before 6 months.
need to replace the instrument with a new one.
