Hi, I m koncept automobiles pvt. Ltd., having the bsnl landline connection in my office having the landline phone number as[protected]. But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as gsp power system pvt. Ltd. So, i want the changes in my name from gsp power system pvt. Ltd. To koncept automobiles pvt. Ltd. I am user of bsnl past 8 years but 31/01/2018 i am not activated any service but they charged money that day complaint raised they said with in 24 hours amount will be credit on your account but till now no responsce could u please follow complaint docket number 9A31AP304904
