Sir, I surrendered my Tele No[protected] in APRIL 2015. I visited Panihati Exchange several time for refund of Deposite Money (Rs. 1, 745/- ) but get no positive response from you end till today. I don't gret any response from the Bsnl customer care. I recharged my number with 68data pack but i didnt get my data pack yet...and my money is already deducted from my account.. And i m not satisfied with this service.
