Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Complaint not solved after 6 days

I am mr. Nehal shah, i have recharge data pack of 333 on 18th june '17, after that recharge my internet not working, i have tried to solve the matter through customer care executives, but they are not able to solve it, so i need to come to you, because i have paid my money 6 days back & my internet is still non operational, so please reply when my internet will be operational or will you refund my money?
