Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — customer care executive rude behaviour

The customer care executive hung up the call for no reason, she said i don't know the solution and i will forward the call to my seniors. And hung up the calls, and when i was asking questions she was repeatedly ignoring and trying somehow to disconnect the call.
