Sir,
On jan 1st 2018 they deducted amount of rs.30 on my mobile number and i spoke to customer care executive and i explained the problem that i'm not activated zindagi rocks and also the customer care person told me that i called and ask them to subscribe the service and i asked them to refund the amount they told money will not be refunded.
Please take necessary action and ask them to refund the amount i'm complaining on behalf of all the customers future nobody should suffer

My id adhar card name Priyanka Bhadoria address Durga Nagar lahar chungi Bhind m.p.my no is [protected] was lost from which date 31 Dec 2017 so plz my sim was blocked urgently becoz any wrong person don't missuse my phone I have already complaint my near police station...
