Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Deductions not confirmed by sms

My bsnl no. was holding around 450 rs. balance. As I was eager to activate latest 339 unlimited plan on my [protected] bsnl no. So I used *123# ussd menu to activate it. I do all properly but I was opt out with an error message 'nok' without sending me confirmation of 294 deduction for plan 339 activated. I tried again after topuped my balance to 470 plus. It was shocking for me that I was again deducted 294 rs. without confirming deduction and plan already activated message. Very shameful recharge system of BSNL.
I REALLY SHOCKED WITH THIS.
I WANT MY MONEY DEDUCTED TWICE 294X2=588 Rs.

I inserted sim as usual but the phone shows no service
Why I'm not getting the service???
How can I get the service back????

Hungama service has been initiated on my number[protected] without my consent and charges for the same have been added in my bill. It is imperative that the amount that has been added to my bill be removed and the service shall be discontinued. Action in this regard would be appreciated.
