Dear sir, I disconnected my bsnl landline telephone before 1 year, when i submit application for disconnect my connection there officers told me to pay all extra bill up to date and i paid and u will recive your deposite with in 3 month now its more than 1 year still not recive wn i contact our branch they just tell me to contact customer care number still no update Land line number[protected] Name : m. I have been trying last 5 days to activate caller tune to my phone number:[protected].But i have been recieving only the message that the song have been activated and when i just caller to my phone its just ringing and there is no any songs playing.

I paid my bill via my bsnl app with net banking. But even though the money was debited from my account the bill amount is still not paid. i NEED refund

I have lost my Mobile phone which has the BSNL Prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactivate the SIM Card to avoid misuse of my mobile number.
