The bsnl selfcare portal doesnt have an option to request for discontinuation of landline services.
The phone is dead for over a month and still the rental bill comes. If the bill is not paid in time the connection will be barred from outgoing.
On making a telephone dead complaint there is absolutely no response.
The equipment lies dead for close to half of the year and by the time the service man comes and repairs, the billing cycle comes without the usage.
Unnecessary 700+ inr is being paid on this useless bsnl landline connection and with the same amount we will get good amount of talktime on any subscriber.
