Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — excess billing due to hungama | |||
My landline number is[protected] We are receiving bills with an unwanted package hungama since feb 2018, we found it and complained to our nearest bsnl office and no action is being taken so far, at last i sent a mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in and waiting for the appropriate reply to wave the excess amount charges from us, the total amount up to dec-2018 is rs. 5082.11. I have purchased pre paid seam in2007 but it is not working since 6/1/2019 what is reason and what is remedy.please help me in solving my problem
