I got a phone on my landline they asked me to send an sms to 56677 by typing bvas n then they told me my internet problem will be resolved after that they took my email i'd and now they have sent msg saying i have subscribed to something bsnl is trying to con people and make money fraudulently.
Bank is putting blame on their hungama department. Which is part of bsnl

Today my Samsung J7 mobile stolen by some one in New Delhi with BSNL Post paid sim number [protected], Kindly block this sim urgently so that no one can misuse this sim.

My BSNL old sim got inactivated due to not recharging it for a long time.even after that I made a recharge of 50/- it's not getting activated.

So I kindly request you to help me in tackle out the problem, and get my sim activated.
