Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Fraudulent deduction from my prepaid mobile account number [protected]. | |||
My bsnl prepaid mobile number has been debited rs 56/, leaving only rs 0.018 in the account, in the name of caller tunes on 15/16th may'17, without any request and also no tunes have been provided. This indicates an ongoing fraud through bsnl mobile network. I have shared this info on facebook also. Please take necessary action. I had to recharge the account with rs 220/ because frequent irritating reminder smss else i had no intention of recharging. Was this information helpful? | |||
