Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — frequent landline complaint

I have been allotted landline number 2666727, and the broadband service and even landline is giving nightmares to me. Many a time, it has been brought to the concerned authorities but of no use.
Instrument provided by bsnl is giving much trouble and complaint regarding this has been registered continually
Instrument provided in replacement is also has the same problem. I am unable to received and make calls
But i am forced to pay the monthly bill amount
If this is the case, i shall be forced to get the connection disconnected

My postpaid sim is deactivated no. Is [protected] plz reactivation it I paid full outstanding Bill.

Outgoing call is not working in my bsnl prepaid no.[protected] since 3 days incoming is working properly so pls dolve my problem as soon as posdible
