Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Frequently Internet connection down [protected] | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Akash, we have BSNL landline[protected], we have taken 1 year back BSNL FTTH connection first 3 month my net connection was up was 5 days month and still we paid full amount. now it like BSNL is least bother about customer service. I have sent 100s mail but so far no right action or reply or permanent. BSNL claiming upto 1 mbps but it is only 3 kbps or 6 kbps. We paid monthly amount that time to time but no commitment from BSNL that our line will be up and running - once in moon downtime is ok or we understand but once in moon our internet is up and running. kindly help us and kindly advice. Landline dead for more than three months now. Repeated complains given at local office as well as online .Some of the complain registration numbers are [protected], [protected] and docket WBL/CO/2017/577(ONLINE DOCKET).But the line is still dead though I am receiving bills every month.
