REGARDING TO NOT GETTING THE ORIGINAL SPEED OF INTERNET MENTIONED ON MY PLAN

Hello sir, I Naresh Shrikishan Sharma having landline and broadband connection with no [protected]. From LAST TWO TO THREE MONTHS I am facing problems to access internet due to getting very low speed of internet signal due to BSNL fault. I has been number of complaints filing for this issue on customer care no.[protected] and 1504 and in-personaly and several times on phone number [protected] in the office of Shivaji Putala, Vazirabad, but problem is still persits, I attached the plan details image i get speed 100-200kb and sometimes 500-800kb and my plan is if RS675 and upto 10mbps till 35GB, upto 2Mbps beyond but within that 35GB i got the speed of 100-200kb.
so, please solve my problem on priority level.
