I have used your broadband services with landline[protected] till 6th May 2021. I placed a request for disconnection online (request no : [protected]) on 6th may 2021 as I have to shift my home, also informed my local bsnl office for the same.
Still I am receiving bill with addition each month and after talking to customer care they say the account is suspended but the bill is increasing each month.
I need this to be resolved as soon as possible to avoid confusion and further delay. Was this information helpful? |
