Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — landline bill paid from phonepe but not reflected in bsnl online portal | |||
Hi, This is mayur dhande, using bsnl landline phone number[protected]. I have made payment of 353 rs from phonepe app on 6th january 2020, but the payment made is not reflected on bsnl portal. On contacting with phonepe support, they have confirmed the payment is received to bsnl and bsnl has provided confirmation for the same. Mar 04, 2020 Updated by dhandepp Attached are the images, 1- BSNL portal shows 353 Rs payment pending, with the due date been passed 7 days ago. 2- Response from PhonePe regarding the transaction.
