I was using a bsnl combo broadband plan of 1199, but since we wished to upgrade to higher speed plan, we gave a written application in the camp branch of bsnl office in pune. We requested them to kindly activate broadband plan of 2841 which according to the online information, provides a speed upto 16mbps uphill 100gb.
However, a week after submitting the application we still didn't find any change in our internet speed. On calling the bsnl office, the front desk staff, mrs. Pandit tells me that its a technical issue and out of her scope of help. She tells me to contact mr. Vijayendra (Technically assistance), who in turn tells me that the problem is to be solved by the office staff as it is out of his scope of help. Still waiting after almost 10 days with no help, neither from the front desk nor from technical department. Was this information helpful? |
