This phone has been dysfunctional for almost 2 years and i have been paying the bills regularly - the minimum amount of re. 286+.
I have asked for disconnecting the line, but no action has been taken, and i have been getting the monthly bills every month.
Despite repeated request to the concerned authority no action is taken. It is highly unfair that when the phone is dead and bills are being sent every month.
I request to disconnect the phone immediately and stop sending the bills.

Updated by Ram P Thakur Some one from BSNL called me and was asking for my debit card/credit card no. I think its a kind of fraud some one is playing in between. Hope my email account is not hacked.
