Ll no[protected] kolkata circle a/c no [protected] bill pd 010118 to 280218. With ref to above details i am to inform that i am facing problems to pay the bill amount as after tapping pay option a notification appears saying that there is 'mismatch of invoice number' and as such payment could not be processed further. Amount of Rs 22 has been deducted from my main Balance Account as of a consent pack but i have not activated any plan I contacted Customer care he tell me it has been activated a Name tune Plan
